Michaels, who began her career with Northwestern Mutual in 2008 as a campus recruiter, is passionate about developing talent and building relationships. In her previous role as district director in Syracuse, she drove significant increases in productivity among new advisors. As the inaugural graduate of the company’s Women’s Leadership Development Program, she also launched the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council for the company’s network office in Syracuse.
